1. What DramaEarn is. DramaEarn lets you watch short drama clips and complete simple in-app activities (daily check-in, spin wheel, watch-time checkpoints) to earn virtual coins, which can convert to a cash balance and be withdrawn once you reach the minimum threshold shown in the app.
2. Coins, cash, and withdrawals. Coins and cash balances are virtual in-app credits, not currency, until a withdrawal is approved and paid out. Reward amounts, checkpoint timing, ad frequency, and minimum withdrawal thresholds are configurable and may change at any time without prior notice. Withdrawals are processed to the mobile wallet account (JazzCash / Easypaisa) you provide, using the account title and number you enter. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details — we are not liable for funds sent to an incorrect account you submitted. We may delay, request verification for, or decline a withdrawal we reasonably suspect is fraudulent or the result of abusive behavior. We reserve the right to adjust, cap, or discontinue the rewards program, in whole or in part, at any time.
3. Advertising. The app is supported by advertising (banner, interstitial, rewarded, and native ads) served through Google AdMob. Some rewards are tied to viewing an ad to completion. Ad content is selected by the ad network, not by us, and we do not control or guarantee specific ad content.
4. Prohibited use. You agree not to use bots, scripts, emulator farms, or multiple devices/accounts to inflate rewards; use VPNs or falsified device signals to bypass fraud controls; exploit bugs for unintended rewards; or resell, transfer, or trade coins/cash balances outside the app. We may suspend or terminate access and withhold pending balances for accounts violating this section.
5. Content. Video content in the app is sourced from publicly available YouTube uploads via YouTube's embedded player. DramaEarn does not host, encode, or store the underlying video files. See Report Abuse / DMCA below for how to report content you believe infringes your rights.
6. No guarantee of earnings. DramaEarn is a rewards app, not an employment, investment, or income-guarantee product. Actual earnings depend on availability of ads, checkpoints completed, and program terms in effect at the time, and are not guaranteed.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of virtual balances due to account suspension for policy violations.
8. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Information we collect. Device identifier: a per-device ID generated on first launch, used to track your coin balance, watch progress, and reward eligibility without requiring an account. Optional display name: if you choose to sign in, the name you provide is stored and shown in your profile — no password or email required. In-app activity: watch time per episode, checkpoints reached, check-in streaks, and spin results, used solely to calculate and validate rewards. Withdrawal details: if you request a cashout, the mobile wallet account title and number you enter are stored to process that specific payout and to prevent duplicate/fraudulent claims.
2. Information we do not collect. We do not access your contacts, camera, microphone, precise location, SMS, or files on your device, and we do not request these permissions.
3. Third-party services. Google AdMob serves the ads shown in the app and may collect device and advertising identifiers under its own privacy policy to personalize and measure ads — see policies.google.com/privacy and your device's Google Settings for ad-personalization controls. Video playback uses YouTube's embedded player, under YouTube's and Google's own policies.
4. How we use information. To operate the coin/cash reward system, detect and prevent fraud, process withdrawal requests, and improve app performance. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Data retention. Balance, activity, and withdrawal records are retained as long as needed to operate the rewards program and satisfy fraud-prevention and record-keeping needs, then deleted or anonymized.
6. Security. We take reasonable technical measures to protect stored data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Children's privacy. DramaEarn is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Your choices. You can stop using the app at any time. To request deletion of data tied to your device ID or account, email privacy@dramaearn.app with your device ID (found in Profile) or account name.
9. Changes. We may update this Privacy Policy periodically; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

Reporting inappropriate content or behavior. If you encounter content that is abusive, misleading, harmful, or otherwise violates our Terms & Conditions, email abuse@dramaearn.app with the drama/episode title and, if possible, the YouTube video ID or link shown in the app, plus a short description of the issue. We review reports and may remove the affected item from our catalog while we look into it.
Copyright takedown (DMCA) requests. If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on one's behalf) and believe content surfaced in DramaEarn infringes your copyright, send a notice to dmca@dramaearn.app including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; (2) identification of the material in the app you claim is infringing, including the episode title and YouTube video ID/link shown in the app; (3) your contact information — name, address, phone number, and email; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (5) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf; (6) your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the reported item from our catalog in a timely manner. Because the underlying video is hosted by YouTube, you may also wish to file a copyright complaint directly with YouTube/Google.
Counter-notice. If content you submitted was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@dramaearn.app with your contact details and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
